Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to us. We understand that sometimes schedule changes are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations/Changes: Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service amount. Late Arrivals: Please note that arriving late may limit the time for your treatment, as it will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest.
